How to receive fitting kit:

Price is $346.00, An additional, non-refundable fee of $19.95 (int' l rates differ) will be charged for shipping and handling of the kit and orthotics.

The kit will be sent to you priority mail. You should receive it in 2-3 days.

Price includes cost of follow up and adjustments.

Ongoing care will be performed by e-mail and phone in order to assess your level of progress and determine when/if an adjustment is necessary.

At the end of the trial period you may return the pair, there will be no further charges and you will be refunded $346.00 to the method you paid. SDOs are covered by many insurance carriers.
